Testing is a commitment EVERPLAY has made for many years and we demonstrate this commitment with CRITICAL HEIGHT TESTING to 14' and above.  This is followed up with testing of installed surfaces in the field.  Sample Tests provided for your review.

The polyurtehane binder used in the EVERPLAY surfaces was first formulated in 1985 to be stable over the long-term and provide resistance to UV.  As a result the manufacturer, rmz Elastech Products Inc., provides a statement that the binder will not detrimentally affect the impact attenuation performance or warranty for the maintained surface

PLAYGROUND Protective Surfacing is required to meet performance based standards at the time of installation and at all times when there is an expectation that children would play.  As a result, the surface must be installed with performance and testing taking place prior to payment.  This is a regualr occurrence with EVERPLAY.  We provide a Universal Quote form to allow for a comparision of surface systems

Every playground surface will need to have maintenance to ensure continues performance and compliance to warranty conditions.  EVERPLAY provides a straight forward maintenance procedure for owner/operator.  Should the surface be vandalized, a repair procedure is available for immediate repair & until a professional repair can be done.

Poured-In-Place surfaces are generally purchased with longevity a priority, but suppliers mistake the fact that having a surface just physically in place rather than performing is all that is required.  EVERPLAY provides the assurance to its clients with the long standing 5 year warranty and the additional option of purchasing a 3 year warranty extension for the total of 8 years.
